SWAPAN SETH

Swapan Seth began his career at 19 at JWT, Calcutta.
At 20, he was transferred to their Hong Kong Office.
He won his first Cannes award at the age of 22. A Clio at 23.
At 24, he was the youngest ever Creative Director at Clarion.
At 26, he was Vice President, Trikaya Grey.
At 28 he started his own agency, Equus.
Equus launched Max New York Life, Barista, Kingfisher Airlines, Harvest Gold Bread and Matrix.
Currently, it works for Reliance Capital, Deutsche Bank, Taj Hotels, Coca Cola, Hindustan Times, Quest, Sleepwell, to name a few.

Swapan is also amongst the largest private art collectors in the country and was instrumental in the creation of ARTIGER, India’s only Government propelled art initiative involving tiger conservation and public art.

Author of the hugely successful, THIS IS ALL I HAVE TO SAY, Swapan runs a community called SETHOSCOPE on Facebook. He is also supremely active on Twitter through his handle @swapanseth.

He writes frequently for The Economic Times, Hindustan Times, Harper’s Bazaar, India Today and Travel+Leisure.

In 2014, he was voted amongst Delhi’s Most Stylish. A voracious reader, film enthusiast and music buff, Swapan lives in Gurgaon with his wife, two sons and two dogs called Jagger and Wazza.
